About Liora
Liora Afilalo is 11 years old, lives in Manhattan with her parents and younger brother, and has a lot of amazing friends and teachers at her school, Manhattan Day School. She enjoys reading, writing (of course), playing soccer and basketball, baking, art, and playing with her insanely large and growing collection of squishies. Her favorite book series are Keeper of the Lost Cities, Harry Potter, and A Series of Unfortunate Events. She is working on a collection of short stories, one of which deals with children at a very unusual summer camp.
